After building core competencies, you will concentrate primarily on audit and tax engagements, taking on greater responsibility in planning, execution, and client management.

This progression supports broader ACCA Performance Objective exposure and prepares staff for senior responsibilities.

  • 3–5 years external audit experience (Public Accounting firm).
  • Strong technical competence in MFRS/MPERS.
  • Ability to review complex accounting treatments and audit judgments.
